Recipe: Golden fried Paneer with Shallots and Bell Pepper

Golden fried panner, shallots and bell pepper can be a great starter.


250 gms paneer
Two big shallots/onions
Green onion (one cup sliced)
Salt, as per taste
Black pepper
Bell peppers (Red/Yellow/Green), one cup sliced
Tomato, one big
Corn flour, one cup
Oil for frying
Lime Juice/Vinegar, one teaspoon
Soy sauce


Cut the paneer into cubes. Rub it with a little salt and black pepper.
Toss it with one cup of corn flour. Heat oil in a wok or a pan.
Fry the paneer cubes till golden brown.
Add the shallots, bell pepper and stir it on high flame for another five minutes.
Add tomato, lime juice, soy sauce. Stir for another two minutes. You can have it as a starter or have it with noodles.
