Recipe: Green Grapes Raita

Grapes aren’t just for sundaes, fruit creams and salads. You can use them into making delicious raita. Try out this amazing recipe.

Ingredients:

½ cup green grapes
1 cup yogurt
¼ tsp black mustard seeds
1 pinch of cumin seeds
1 tsp urad daal (split black lentil)
½ tsp Mustard oil
1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
Black salt to taste
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp red chilli powder

Procedure:

Cut the grapes into halves.
Beat the yogurt till smooth.
Add sugar, salt. chilli powder and mix well
Mix the chopped grapes with yogurt.
Heat oil in a pan, add all other ingredients.
Fry until they begin spluttering and add to the above bowl.
The raita is ready to serve.
