30 ml Tequila
15 ml Cointreau or Triple sec liqueur
15 ml Sugar syrup
10 gm Ripe Guava
1. Blend together (Tequila, Cointreau or Triple sec liqueur, Sugar syrup and ripe Guava)
2. Pour the mixture into a champagne saucer
3. Apply salt on the top of the saucer.
4. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
