Recipe: Gwaar ki phalli ki sabzi

Check out this easy to make yummy sabzi.

Ingredients:

250 grams cluster beans (gawar ki phalli)
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons dhaniya powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons mustard oil
1 teaspoon ghee

Procedure:

1. Cut the top and end of cluster beans. Boil it for 5 minutes and then strain into a bowl. Add red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder and salt to the bowl.

2. Heat oil in a pan; add the bean mixture to the pan, cook on medium heat till oil separates. Serve hot!
