Recipe: Haryali Paneer Tikka

• 400 gm Paneer
• 1 Cup Curd
• 2 Bunch corianders
• 1 Bunch Mint
• 4 to 6 Green chilies
• 30 gm Garlic
• 1tsp Ginger paste
• 1tsp Garam masala powder
• 1 tsp Chat masala
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp Oil
• Juice of two lemons

How to make
Put corainder leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, garlic, ginger paste and lemon juice in a mixer and grind it to paste.

Cut paneer in big slices.

To the grinded mixture add curd, salt,garam masala powder,chat masala powder.

Marinte paneer in this mixture for half an hour.

Put oil in a pan, cook it on high flame for 10 mins.

Garnish with onion rings and serve hot.
