Recipe: Hauté Chocolate Dairy Milk Martini

Hauté Chocolate


50g Dark Couverture (34%,single origin)

25ml Dairy Cream

120ml Toned Milk

45ml bailey's
15ml bourbon whiskey

10ml Caramel

A pinch of cocoa powder



Melt chocolate over double boiler. 
Add the cream&milk and bring this mixture to a rolling boil.
Add caramel to it.

Then add the bailey's, followed by bourbon in a glass, sieve the hot chocolate into the glass. 
Garnish with cocoa dust and serve immediately.

Dairy Milk Martini


45ml Vodka

1 bar of dairy milk at room temperature

15 ml creme de cacao

15 ml heavy cream


Combine all ingredients together in a blender half-filled with ice cubes. Blend until a layer of froth forms, pour into a martini glass and serve immediately. Dust with dutch cocoa.
