Dice all the capsicums (removing the seeds) and onions.
Soak coral and black mushrooms, cut it into pieces (removing the hard stem).
Cut button mushroom into 2 with stem (or into 4 depending on size).
Fry the cashewnut. Pour oil in the wok, add garlic and sauté till light brown.
Then add all the vegetables except spring onions. Add all the seasonings Garnish with diamond cut spring onions.
