Recipe: Homemade health drink

Ingredients for making the powder:
250 gms Ragi powder
250 gms Jowar powder
Ingredients for making the drink:
1 ½ tsp of the mixed ragi and jowar powder
2 tsp sugar
1 glass of milk
Procedure for making the powder:
Roast the ragi and jowar powder in a kadhai unil the rawness goes off. Ensure you don’t over roast it.
Store this mixed powder in an air-tight container.
Procedure for making the drink:
Boil a glass of milk, add the health drink powder and 2 tsp sugar. Let i come to a boil.
