Try this delicious hot and spicy aloo pudina chaat.
250 gms Baby potatoes or potato cubes , boiled and peeled
6 tsp oil
50 gms Cashewnuts
1 Bunch of mint leaves
10 Green chillies
6 tsp Thick yoghurt
1 Small piece of ginger
1 tsp Black salt
2 tsp Cumin powder
2 tsp Chaat masala
Salt to taste
Juice of two lemons
Chaat masala to taste
1 tsp Mint leaves
8-10 Green chillies
Heat the oil in a nonstick pan.
Add the baby potatoes and stir-fry on low heat till the potatoes change colour and become a little crisp on the outside.
Grind the cashewnuts, mintleaves, green chillies, yoghurt, ginger and black salt to a paste. Keep the chutney aside.
Add the chutney and dry masalas (cumin powder, chaat masala and salt to the fried potatoes and stir for two to three minutes till the potatoes are nicely coated with chutney. Add limejuice to it.
Serve hot garnished with chaat masala, mint leaves and green chillies.
