A north Indian take on southern recipe.
Idlis- 6 pices
Orange juice- 1+1/4 cup
Lemon juice - 2 tea spoon
Green chilli slices- 6 pices
Finely chopped dhaniya leaves- 3 tea spoon
Salt & red chilli - According to taste
Sugar- 2 tea spoon
Tamarind chuteny- According to taste
Vermicelli bhujia - 6 tea spoon
Chopped onion- 1 (Optional)
Oil- 2 tea spoon
Mustard seeds- 1 tea spoon
Heat oil in a pan and put mustard seeds in it.
As it crackles, add green chilli slices and lightly fry
Pour orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, salt
Let it cook for two minutes. Take off the fire and let it cool.
Arrange idlis in a platter, pour the fried ingredients.
Serve on mild temperature.
