A north Indian take on southern recipe.Ingredients:Idlis- 6 picesOrange juice- 1+1/4 cupLemon juice - 2 tea spoonGreen chilli slices- 6 picesFinely chopped dhaniya leaves- 3 tea spoonSalt & red chilli - According to tasteSugar- 2 tea spoonTamarind chuteny- According to tasteVermicelli bhujia - 6 tea spoon Chopped onion- 1 (Optional)Oil- 2 tea spoonMustard seeds- 1 tea spoonProcedure:Heat oil in a pan and put mustard seeds in it.As it crackles, add green chilli slices and lightly fryPour orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, saltLet it cook for two minutes. Take off the fire and let it cool.Arrange idlis in a platter, pour the fried ingredients.Serve on mild temperature.
