Recipe: Karare moongphali

Karare moongphalis will make your evening tea tastier.

Ingredients:

150 gms salted roasted peanuts
200 gms gram flour
½ tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ajwain
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp jeera powder
½ tsp dhaniya powder
½ tsp saunf powder
Salt to taste
Water for preparing the batter
Oil for frying

Procedure:
Add all the masalas and salt to taste to the gram flour and mix well. Now add water and make a thick batter. Now dip the roasted peanuts in the thick patter. Make sure the batter conceals the nuts properly. Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is warm enough, but the nuts coated with the besan batter. Fry until golden brown.
