Recipe: Keema Kaleji
Try out this simple to make recipe.
Lamb Liver 150 gm
Lamb Mince 200 gm
Chopped Onion 100 gms
Chopped Tomato 150 gms
Chopped Garlic 40 gms
Chopped Green Chillies 20 gms
Chopped ginger 10 gms
White Butter 100 gms
Red Chilly Powder 10 gms
Bay Leaf 4
Cumin Powder 15 gm
Garam Masala 20 gms
Chopped Coriander 30 gms
Salt 15 gms
Water 200 ml
Heat butter in a pan and add bay leaf into it.
Add Chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies.
Saute until soft then add chopped onions.
Saute until light brown in colour.
Add lamb liver and sear it from all the sides and it gets light brown colour.
Add lamb mince and cook it until it starts to leave oil in the pan.
Now add cumin powder, Garam masala and red chilli powder.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook it until the tomatoes are soft.
Now add salt and water and cook it for 15- 20 mins or until the liver is cooked.
Remove from the fire and serve it garnished with chopped coriander and ginger juliennes.
