Recipe: Kele ka raita

Ingredients:
Ripe Banana – 2
Curd- 100 grams (Make sure the curd isn’t sour)
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Dried Chilli – 1
Salt to taste
Oil- 1 tsp
Procedure:
Slice the bananas and mix it with curd. Add salt and mix thoroughly. Now heat some oil in a small pan. Add the mustard seeds and the dried chilli. Let the seeds splutter. Take it off the flame. Garnish the banana raita with the mustard tadka.
