Recipe: Kesar Lassi

Quench your summer thirst with this drink!

Ingredients:

1 tsp Saffron (Kesar) Extract
200 ml Yogurt
3½ tbsp Sugar
A pinch of Salt
50 ml water

Procedure:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth and the sugar dissolves.
Pour in a glass.
Serve chilled.
