Recipe: Kesaria-Hara Paneer Tikka

Try this delicious Paneer Tikka and feel the spirit of freedom.

Ingredients:

1 Large block of Paneer
1 onion
1 Capsicum
1 Tomato
2 tsp oil

To Marinade:

1/2 cup Curd (plain yogurt)
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Ginger Paste
2 tsp Tandoori powder
1 tsp cumin (jeera) powder
2 tsp Chaat powder
Salt to taste
Red chili Powder to taste

Procedure:

Cut paneer, tomatoes and capsicums into cubes.
Mix all ingredients for marinade and keep aside.
Brush the marinade to the paneer, capsicum and tomatoes and refrigerate for 3 hours.

In a skewer place one cube of tomato, one paneer and one capsicum. Repeat till all the paneer and veggies are put in skewers.

Brush with a little oil.
Grill till done.
