Chicken (leg boneless) 400gms
Tomato 80 gms
Dry pomegranate paste 100 gms
Tamarind Paste 10 gms
Kashmiri chili powder 5 gms
Coriander powder 5 gms
Green coriander (chopped) 10 gms
Garlic (chopped) 15 gms
Anise powder 5 gms
• Heat oil in a thick bottom pan
• Add chopped garlic
• Add chop onion and sauté it till golden brown
• Add chop salt, kashmiri chili powder ,coriander powder
• Add chicken sauté it.
• Add dry pomegranate paste
• Add tamarind paste.
• Finish with anise powder and chopped coriander leaves.
• Dhungar it with ghee and char coal
