1 cup Kuttu Ka Atta (Buckwheat Flour)
2 Green Chilies (chopped)
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 Potato (boiled and mashed)
1 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Ghee (Clarified butter) for deep frying
How to make Kuttu Ki Puri:
Take kuttu, coriander leaves, potato, green chilies, 1tbsp oil and salt in a flat-bottomed vessel. Add water gradually to knead firm dough.
Make small round balls of the dough and roll with a rolling pin to make a ball to form a puri.
Take an iron frying pan and add ghee to it.
Deep fry the puris till they turn dark brown.
Repeat the above-mentioned step to make more puris.
Kuttu ki puri is ready to be served. It is best eaten with aloo/potato curry.
