Recipe: Lasan Methi

Make your lunch special with this easy to make tasty recipe.

Ingredients:

250 gms Methi leaves
3-4 garlic
2-3 red dried and roasted chillies
50 gms roasted peanut
Oil for cooking
½ tsp jeera seeds
Salt to taste

Procedure:

Thoroughly wash the Methi leaves so as to get rid of the soil. Use a cloth to remove the moisture from the leaves. Finely chop the garlic.
Heat some oil in a pan and put the jeera seeds. Once the splutter add garlic and methi leaves and cook in low flame. Now use a mixer jar to grind the roasted peanuts and dried red chillies. Add this mixture into the pan.
Add salt. Mix well.
Lasan methi is ready to be served.
