Recipe: Lasan Naan

Ingredients:

1/2 cup curd

2 cups of flour (1 cup whole wheat and 1 cup all purpose flour)

Water

2 tsp garlic paste or minced garlic

1 tablespoon finely chopped spring onion

½ tsp chilli powder

Salt to taste

1 tsp black til

Oil for cooking

Procedure:

Add salt to the flour and mix it thoroughly. Now add the garlic paste/ minced garlic, chilli powder and the curd. Add water if required and make a dough. Let the dough ferment at least for an hour.

Then make equal sized pedhas of the dough. Roll them after dusting a dash of chopped spring onions and black til. Heat a tawa and prepare the naan. Use oil to cook the naan.
