Celebrate by digging into this scrumptious, succulent lamb dish.
2-3 cloves garlic, cut into slices
1 leg of lamb
Coarse black pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
2-3 tbsp butter
2 tsp Tomato Sauce
Then take a pan and place the lamb into it.
Then using a sharp knife cut slits in surface of lamb.
After cutting slits insert garlic in those slits of the lamb.
Now rub all other ingredients in the lamb leg and marinate for an hour.
Bake on high till the lamb becomes crisp, but retains its moisture. (A microwave will take 16-17 minutes and an oven will take nearly 30-35 minutes.)
Serve with onion rings.
