Recipe: Lemon Bundt Cake
Take about 550 gm of lemon cake mix.
We need around 100 gms of instant lemon pudding mix.
Also, ¾ cups of vegetable oil.
And about four eggs.
1 cup lemon-lime flavored Carbonated Beverage.
Firstly, you must preheat the oven to 325°F.
Then put butter and flour in a bundt pan.
Followed by blending together the cake mix, pudding mix and oil in a bowl.
The comes the turn of eggs which need to be put in the bowl one after one, beating continuously.
After that pour in lemon-lime soda and stir it well.
Once this done, transfer the batter to the prepared pan.
What follows is baking it in the preheated oven at 325°F for 35 minutes, then check with the toothpick test, if it`s done.
If yes, then remove the dish from oven and and let it cool.
Slice it up nicely and your dish is ready to serve.
