Take 1¼ cups of sugar
Around ¾ cups of canola oil
Then 2 cups of all purpose flour
Around 1 tsp of baking powder
Add salt according to taste
Also, add 473 gms of lemon pie filling
Need 1½ tsp of ground cinnamon
Take 1 cup of sugar with oil in a bowl and mix it well.
Beat the eggs until it is light and lemon colored.
Mix flour with baking powder and add salt in a bowl.
Blend in the egg mixture and transfer the half mixture to the baking pan.
Spread over the pie filling and add on remaining sugar with cinnamon.
Bake it at 350°F for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Ready for serving.
