Recipe: Lemon Cookies

If you are in love with the tangy lemon taste, try this interesting recipe.

• 2 cups Maida
• ½ cup Sugar
• ½ cup Butter (melted)
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• ¼ tsp Salt
• 4 Eggs (well-beaten)
• 1 tbsp Lemon Rind (grated)
• ¼ cup Lemon Juice

Take a large bowl and put beaten eggs, baking powder and flour into it. Beat this mixture well, avoiding formation of lumps.
Now add sugar, salt, lemon rind and lemon juice to the above-made mixture. Blend it well. Pour this mixture in a greased baking dish and bake at 180-200 digrees for 30 minutes.
