Recipe: Lemon Ginger Squash

Ingredients:

8-10 lemons
1 lemon rind
2 pieces of grated ginger
3-4 cloves
1 nutmeg
1-2 tbsp of saunf
Sugar as per taste

Method:

Firstly, grind the nutmeg, cloves and saunf together.

Boil the above made powder for sometime on simmer. Add sugar also to it. Let it cool and keep it aside.

Now, put the lemon and ginger juice to this mixture and stir. Then, pour it in a huge jar. You can refrigerate this to get a cool effect.
