Recipe: Low Calorie Kalakand
Enjoy this mouth melting delicacy with an easy to make recipe.
• 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
• 100 g sugar free/castor sugar
• 2 tsp Pistachio (chopped)
• Few Saffron Strands
• 250 g Home Made Paneer
• 250 g Fat Free Cream
• 200 g skimmmed Milk Powder
• In a microwave, mix milk powder and cream; heat for 2 minutes and stir well.
• Add sugar and repeat for 6-7 times; allow it to cool down.
• Now add paneer, saffron strands and cardamom and stir well.
• Add cream in case the mixture is too thick.
• Before serving, garnish it with pistachio pieces.
