Recipe: Low fat Eggnog

Ingredients- -4 egg whites -1 egg -1 ½ cup toned milk -1 ½ cup double toned milk -1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract -3/4 cup sugar -1/4 teaspoon each of cinnamon and crushed nutmeg

Procedure- -Make a mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, egg and egg whites and beat in a mixer for 3-4 minutes. -Heat the tonned milk in a saucepan and add the egg mixture and stir it until it thickens. Add the vanilla extract and remove from heat. -let the mixture cool for a while and blend it with double tonned milk and chill in the refrigerator. -Add the grated nutmeg on top of the glass and serve it chill.
