Recipe: Low Fat Palak Paneer
Palak Paneer is easy to make and tastes yummy. Ingredients: 2 1/4 cups chopped spinach (palak) 1/2 cup fresh fenugreek (methi) leaves 1/2 cup finely chopped onions 25 mm (1”) piece ginger (adrak) 2 1/2 green chillies , finely chopped 1/2 cup sliced low fat paneer 1/2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur) 3 tsp oil Salt to taste
Procedure: Wash spinach and fenugreek properly by removing thick stems.Cook them in microwave for 40 seconds, blend the cooked leaves in a blender. Now put the oil in a pan add onion, green chillies,and ginger and fry it for 5 mins. Add paneer , spinach, amchur powder, and salt . cook for 3 to 4 minutes and serve.
