Maladoos are easy to make and yummy to taste.
Fried Gram 1 Cup
Sugar - 1 Cup
Ghee - 1 Cup
Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
Cashew nuts – 5
Put the fried gram in a mixer jar along with sugar and grind it very well.
Now fry the cashews and almonds in ghee until brown and keep them aside.
Heat some ghee in a pan, add cardamom powder. Then add the ground gram flou and sugar powder to the ghee and mix well. Add the fried dry fruits and mix thoroughly.
Take some quantity of this mixture in the hand and roll it into a ball.
Make same sized balls of the remaining mixture.
Yummy Maladoos are ready to serve.
