Recipe: Mango Pie

Try out this delightful mango pie recipe.

Ingredients:

• 1 Pie Crust
• 2 tbsp Cornstarch
• 3 Cups Mango Pulp
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 1 Cup Fresh Cream

For Topping:
• 1 tbsp Chopped Ginger
• 1 tsp Milk
• 1 tsp Granulated Sugar

Procedure:

• Mix together mango pulp, cream, cornstarch and sugar in a large bowl with the help of a blender.
• Pour the mixture in the pie crust.
• Brush the top with milk and mix together sugar and ginger to sprinkle it evenly on the top.
• Refrigerate for 5 hrs and serve chilled.
