Recipe: Masala Champ

Enjoy the sumptuous masala champs this season.
Lamb chops 500 gms
Lamb mince 100 gms
Onion chopped 100 gms
Ginger 15 gms
Garlic 15 gms
Tomato puree 120 gms
Fresh green chili 10 gms
Fresh coriander 10 gms
Oil 50 ml
Bay leaves 1 gms
Cinnamon sticks 2 gms
Cardamom Green 3 gms
Salt to taste
Kashmiri chili powder 20 gms
Coriander powder 20 gms
Cumin powder 20 gms
Garam masala 10 gms

Take oil in handi add all whole spices, stir well till they crackle. Add lamb chops stirring continuously, mix salt and chili powder. After it is glazed nicely add brown onion paste, cook until oil separates from meat. Now add lamb mince and cook. Add all the remaining ingredients and tomato puree, cook for some more time. Check seasoning, finish with fresh chopped coriander and ginger julienne.
