Recipe: Masala paneer with lacha paratha

Enjoy the delicious masala paneer with lacha paratha.


Anaar 1
Tulsi Leaves 8-10
Milk 1 1/2 Cup
Cottage Paneer 200 grams
Onion 1 piece
Green Elaichi 4-5 pieces
Cloves 2-3 pieces
Tomato 1
Green Chilli 1
Ginger 1 inch piece
Salt As per taste
Coriander Powder As per taste
Black Pepper 7-8


Steam onion, green elaichi, tomato, ginger, green chillies and black pepper for 5-7 minutes and cool it. Now a make a puree of the above ingredients.

Now make a puree of anaar granules and strain it.

Cook the puree of steamed materials in a utensil for 3-4 minutes and add all the dry masalas to it.

Cook for 2 more minutes and simmer the gas.

Add rectangular pieces of paneer to it and add tulsi leaves to it.

Now remove from the gas and serve with lacha parantha.

Note: Do not use turmeric and this is a recipe especially for heart patients. Also this an oil free recipe which is healthy for everyone.
