Check out this easy to make spicy masala papad.
1 big tomato (finely chopped)
1 big onion (finely chopped)
2 green chillies (finely chopped)
50 gms fresh coriander (finely chopped)
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp chaat masala powder
Rock salt to taste
1 tsp Lemon juice
Oil for deep frying
Heat some oil in a pan and deep fry the papads.
Take the papads off the flame.
Now spread the chopped tomato, onion and chillies evenly on the papads. Now sprinkle chilli powder, chaat masala and rock salt. Add chopped coriander and garnish with lemon juice.
