250 gms dosa batter
1 large capsicum (sliced)
75 gms roasted peanuts
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
½ tsp ajwain
A few strands of fresh coriander
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Put the roasted peanuts, fresh coriander chopped garlic, chilli, ajwain and salt in the chutney mixer jar. Add 2-3 tsps of water. Make a thick paste. Add little more water if needed.
Now, heat a tawa. Take a ladle and make an uttapam. Pour some oil on all he sides. The moment you see air bubbles on the surface of the uttapam, spread the peanut paste and add the sliced capsicum. Cook for a minute.
Check the bottom side of the uttapam. If it turns crisp and brown, remove it off the flame.
