2 medium sized boiled and mashed potatoes
1 tbsp ginger and green chili paste
2 tsp Garam masala powder
2 tsp Dry mango powder
1/2 tsp turmaric powder
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp sugar
How To Make:
1. Mix mashed potatoes and all the spices together in a bowl.
2. Spread the spice mix on slices and toast in a sandwich maker.
3. Serve with chutney or tomato sauce.
