• 500 gms Flour
• 150 gms Desi ghee
• Salt to taste
• Oil for deep frying


• Add ghee and salt in flour and mix it well.
• Add water and make a dough till it turns smooth.
• Cut it into pieces and roll out it to make small and thick discs
• Heat the oil and fry till it turns golden brown.
