Recipe: Mexican Tortilla Salad

Try out this lip smacking, easy to cook Mexican recipe as an evening tea snack.


2 cups tortilla chips
2 tomatoes finely chopped
2 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp honey
1 tsp pepper powder
2 tsp oil
½ cup onions
2 green chillies chopped
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
2 tsp grated cheese


Heat oil. Add chillies and onions and sauté till the onions become translucent. Now add tomatoes and garlic and cook till oil separates. Put all remaining ingredients and cook for another 5 minutes. Now add tortillas, mix well and serve immediately.
