Mixed Vegetables soup with pasta and Basil Pesto
Basil Pesto recipe -1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup parmesan
2 cup basil
1/3 cup peanuts
Carrot 05 gm
Leeks 05 gm
Celery 05 gm
Brocoli 05 gm
Zucchini greeen 05 gm
Zucchini yellow 05 gm
Couliflowder 05 gm
Cabbage 05 gm
Tomato 20 gm
Choped Onion 15 gm
Choped garlic 05 gm
Beans 05 gm
Pasta 05 gm
Green peas 05 gm
Olive oil 10 ml
Basil pesta 10 gm
Seasoning - Salt& Pepper to taste
Cut all the vegetables in dices.
Sauté chopped garlic and onion in a pan for 3 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Add all the vegetables and sauté for one minute.
Add 200 ml water and cook until vegetables become soft.
Adjust with seasoning.
Before serving mix basil pesto and pasta in the soup.
