Recipe: Minty Vegetable sandwichRecipe: Minty Vegetable sandwich
Check out this recipe for a wholesome breakfast.

Ingredients:

• 4 slices whole-wheat bread
• Butter
• 1/2 cup Mint-Coriander Chutney
• 2 potatoes boiled, peeled and sliced thick
• 1 cucumber sliced thin
• 2 tomatoes sliced thin
• 1 beetroot boiled, peeled and sliced thin
• 1 onion sliced very thin
• 1 tsp Chaat Masala
• Freshly ground pepper
• Salt to taste
Procedure:

Lay all the slices of bread on a cutting board and apply butter.
Now spread a Mint-Coriander Chutney on each slice to cover the slices.
Layer all the above veggies in desired quantities and combinations. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Also sprinkle a pinch of Chaat Masala on the veggies.
Cover with the top slice.
Cut in half and serve.
