Red Wine (any)
Heat the red wine in a pan on a slow flame.
Muddle and crush the star anise & cinammon and add it to the wine.
Stir the mixture while it looses its flavor to the hot wine.
Add honey to the same and stir a bit.
Double strain the mixture into a wine glass or an irish mug.
Add in a well cut orange peel for the zesty hint and garnish with a cinammon stick and star anise.
