Recipe: Mushroom Kurkure

Mushroom 12pcs.or120gm.
Khoya 025gm.
Cheese 020gm.
Capsicum chopped 010gm.
Tomato chopped 010gm.
White Pepper 004gm.
Salt To taste
Shahi Jeera 001gm.


Remove stem and wash mushroom in running water.
Mix khoya, Cheese, Capsicum, Tomato, white Pepper, Salt and jeera.
Stuff this mixer inside mushroom.

For Batter

Corn flour 90gm.
Maida (Fine flour) 60gm.
Shahi jeera (Black cumin) 05gm.
Water 30ml.
Salt To taste
Mix all together to make a batter.


Joint two stuffed Mushroom together.
Coated stuffed mushroom with corn flour batter.
Deep fry in hot oil.
Serve hot with choice of chutney.
