Recipe name: Moongphali Salsa
Enjoy the tangy and tasy moonphali salsa.
2 cups moongphali dana
1 cup three coloured roasted capsicums
2 seedless chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
chopped orange or pineapple
Salt sugar and oregano to taste,
Green coriander leaves
Limejuice to taste
1 tsp olive oil
In a pressure cooker, add roasted and skin removed peanuts and cook it in water for 5 minutes. Allow it to cool.
In a medium bowl combine chopped and roasted red, yellow and green bell pepper,chopped tomatoes, chopped white onion, chopped cucumber, chopped orange, salt, sugar, oregano, chopped green coriander leaves, moongphali , lime juice and toss to mix well.
Drizzle olive oil and stir well. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least for half hour to blend flavors.
Stir well before serving.Serve as starter with soup.
