Recipe: Nimbu Ka Achar

Add some spice to your favourite dish with Nimbu pickle.


Lemon - 250 gm
Ginger Chop - 30 gm
Garlic Chop - 15 gm
Green Chilly Chop - 30 gm
Mustred Seed - 10 gm
Curry leaves - 5 gm
Red Chilly Whole - 4
Methi Dana - 10
Hing - 5 gm
Deghi Mirch Powder - 30 gm
Haldi Powder - 15 gm
Cooking oil - 80 ml
Salt to taste


Wash lemon, dry it, then cut into 1:8 pieces

Heat oil, add mustred seed, crackle it, then add red chilly, curry leaves, hing

Stir it and then add Garlic Chop

Saute it and then add Lemon and powder spices

Then chop ginger and Green Chilly Chop

Stir it nicely, Check seasoning and remove from fire.
