Recipe: Nutty Shake

Enjoy the delicious nutty shake.


• 10 Almonds
• 5 Pistchios
• 2 Seeded Dates
• ½ l Boiled and Cooled Milk
• 3 Walnuts
• ¼ tbsp Cardamom Powder
• 2 tbsp Sugar


• Peel of the skin of almonds.
• Grind together almonds, pista, walnuts, dates and sugar with little milk to form a paste.
• Mix the paste with milk, add little cardamom if needed for flavour.
• Serve chilled.
