Try out this finger licking good dessert of orange soufflé.
1 tsp orange rinel
Few drops of orange essence
1-1/2 tsp corn flour
250 gms fresh cream
1-1/2 tsp gelatine
1-1/2 cups sugar
½ litre milk
10 gms coriander powder
Peal oranges, remove its skin and seeds and cut it into small segments. Separate the egg yolks and whites.
Make thick custard with milk corn flour, gelatine, 1 cup sugar and egg yolk in a double boiler or milk cooker.
Transfer the custard into another dish and keep it on ice or very cold water to cool.
When custard is cooled, add orange segments, orange essence, orange rind and fresh cream.
Beat egg white add the balance powdered sugar till it is right and fluffy.
Fold in the egg white into the custard.
Pour the soufflé into a glass dish or a soufflé dish and keep it in the fridge to set.
