Recipe: Palak aloo pakoda

2 cups of large peeled and cubed potatoes
2 cups roughly chopped spinach
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 cup besan
2 tablespoons rice flour
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons coriander crushed
1 teaspoon amchur
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoon asafoetida
Water as per requirement
Oil to fry


Mix all the dry ingredients - besan, rice flour, coriander, cumin seeds, black pepper, salt, amchur, and asafoetida in a bowl.
Now add the cubed potatoes, chopped spinach, and green chilies into the dry mix, add water as per requirement to make soft dough.
Now heat some oil in a pan to deep fry the pakora. Make small dumplings of the dough and fry them until brown.
