Recipe: Paneer chopsuey

Enjoy the tasy and quick to make paneer chopsuey.


250 gms cottage cheese (cut into fingers)
2 tsp corn flour
1 tsp chopped garlic
½ tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tbp soya sauce
½ tsp chilli sauce
2 tsp cornflour mixed with ½ cup water
2 tsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste

For the garnish:

1 cup chopped spring onion greens

To serve with -fried noodles


Heat the oil in wok on a high flame.
Add garlic, ginger and green chillies and stir-fry for few seconds.
Add the tomato ketchup, soya sauce, chilli sauce, MSG, and salt and pepper.
Add cornflour paste to the mixture and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add paneer fingers and mix well to coat in the sauce.
Serve hot, garnished with the spring onion greens.
Top with fried noodles and serve immediately.
