Recipe: Paneer Cutlet

Try out this lip smacking paneer cutlet as an evening snack.

Ingredients:

200 gms paneer
1 chopped green chilly
3 tsp chopped coriander leaves
½ tsp red chilly powder
Salt to taste
1 small onion finely chopped
½ cup bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying

Procedure:

Mix together paneer, green chilly, onion, coriander leaves, red chilly powder and salt. Mash till the paneer becomes smooth. Make flat cutlets and keep aside. Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan. Roll the cutlets in bread crumbs and deep fry. Serve hot with green chutney.
