Recipe: Paneer Kathi Roll

Enjoy the sumptuous paneer kathi roll.


Paneer (diced) 1 cup
Onions (diced) 1/4 cup
Green capsicum (diced) 1/4 cup
Tomatoes (diced) 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Kasoori methi 1/ tsp
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Red chilli pwd 1/4 tsp
Chopped coriander 1tsp
Salt to taste
Chaat masala to taste
Wheat flour
Oil for sauteing


Heat oil in a pan, saute onions, capsicum till soft.
To it add ginger garlic paste & saute, add tomatoes & all the masala`s.
Toss diced paneer in the last along with freshly chopped coriander
Prepare a soft dough from whole wheat flour
Divide the dough into small balls (peda`s) of 60gr each
Roll each peda into a thin flat bread & grilldle it over a tawa.
The bread should remain soft after being cooked.
Fill the bread with paneer filling & roll it like a roulade.
Cut into equal size pieces & seal with a tooth pick
Serve with laccha onions & mint chutney.
Serves: 1
