Take about 200 gms of cottage cheese (Paneer), cut in cubes.
Require ¼ cups of all-purpose flour.
Then about ½ tsp of chinese salt.
3 tbsp of corn flour.
2 tsp of chopped spring onions.
2 tsp of soya sauce.
3 chopped green chilies.
4 tsp ginger-garlic paste as per your taste.
About 6 finely chopped garlic cloves.
Use salt according to taste.
Need oil for frying.
Then about 1 tsp of grated paneer.
Coriander leaves for garnishing the dish.
Put the paneer pieces with salt and 2 tsp of ginger-garlic paste and leave it aside for 10 minutes.
After that mix 1 tbsp of corn flour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste and salt in a bowl and prepare a batter adding little water.
Meanwhile, heat the oil over medium heat.
Dip the marinated paneer into prepared batter and toss.
Fry paneer cubes until golden on each side into batches.
Remove the oil from pan leaving 1 tbsp into it.
Add garlic cloves and allow it turn golden.
After that add soya sauce, spring onions, fried paneer pieces, green chilies, salt, Chinese salt along with 1½ cups of water.
Mix the remaining corn flour with water and add to the pan.
Boil it and remove from the heat.
Garnish the dish with coriander leaves and the it is ready to be served.
