Recipe: Paneer Methi Malai

Enjoy the sumptuous paneer methi malai this season.


Paneer-150 gm
Fresh methi-50gm
Salt-as taste
White pepper-half tsp
Fresh cream-20ml
Garam Masala
Turmeric powder-half tsp


• Onion with water and oil should be boiled for 20minutes
• Paste these
• Take paan and put 2tsp oil
• Put onion paste
• Add Salt and white pepper
• Add Garam Masala-1 tsp
• Cook it for 5 minutes
• Add cashew paste
• Add butter for 1 minutes
• Add paneer and fresh chopped methi
• Add little cream
• Serve it hot
